By creating an account, making deposits, placing bets, or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and pin4d regarding your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of pin4d services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. We recommend checking this page before each gaming session.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
To use pin4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This age requirement reflects Indonesian legal standards and is strictly enforced. Underage gambling is illegal, unethical, and absolutely prohibited on pin4d. We conduct rigorous age verification through our KYC process, and any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and relevant authorities notified as required by law.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. This means you must not be under any legal disability, court-appointed guardianship, or other restriction that would prevent you from forming valid contractual obligations.
pin4d services are intended primarily for residents of Indonesia. While we welcome international players in certain circumstances, you must ensure that online gambling is legal in your country, state, or region of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of pin4d services complies with applicable local, regional, and national laws. We expressly prohibit access from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal, and any User found to be accessing our services from a restricted jurisdiction will have their Account terminated.
Each individual person is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) Account on pin4d. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts. Multi-accounting undermines bonus terms, creates unfair advantages, enables fraudulent activity, and violates the fundamental trust relationship between pin4d and our Users. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify multi-accounting, including IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method tracking, and behavioral pattern recognition.
If you do not meet all eligibility requirements, you must not create an Account or use pin4d services. Providing false information during registration, using fraudulent identification documents, or otherwise misrepresenting your eligibility status constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in criminal prosecution under applicable fraud and identity theft laws.
To create a pin4d Account, you must complete our online registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You acknowledge that all information provided during registration is subject to verification and must be truthful.
pin4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, prevent fraud, and enforce age restrictions. Before you can make your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting clear, legible copies of:
KYC verification typically takes 2-4 hours during business days (Monday-Sunday, 08:00-22:00 WIB) and may take up to 24 hours during peak periods. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification for large withdrawals, suspicious activity patterns, or as required by law.

You must promptly update your Account information if your contact details, residential address, payment methods, or other registration information changes. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays in withdrawals, inability to receive important communications, or Account suspension.
pin4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept third-party payments – the name on your payment method must exactly match the name on your pin4d Account.
Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but Users may set voluntary deposit limits in their Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming program. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.
To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification, (b) meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses, (c) withdraw using the same payment method used for deposits (for security and anti-money laundering purposes), and (d) meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 minutes during active hours (08:00-22:00 WIB Monday-Sunday) for verified Accounts. First-time withdrawals may require additional security verification and take up to 24 hours.
Standard Accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 10,000,000, a weekly limit of Rp 50,000,000, and a monthly limit of Rp 150,000,000. VIP tier members enjoy higher limits based on their membership level. We reserve the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments or request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding Rp 20,000,000 in a single transaction.
pin4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month are subject to a processing fee of 1.5% (minimum Rp 10,000, maximum Rp 100,000). VIP members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals.
pin4d strictly complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal eligibility. Attempting to use pin4d as a money transfer service (depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets) violates these Terms and may result in Account suspension, funds forfeiture, and reporting to financial authorities. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transaction patterns.
pin4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional materials for each offer. Bonus terms include wagering requirements (typically ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount), game contribution percentages (slots usually contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds), maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds (often Rp 25,000 per bet), and time limits for completing requirements (usually 7-30 days).
Before you can withdraw any winnings derived from bonus funds, you must meet the stated wagering requirement. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 2,500,000 in total bets (Rp 100,000 × 25) before withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not to your deposit, unless specifically stated otherwise. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering completion: slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%, live casino 10-20%, and sports bets on odds below a certain threshold (e.g., 1.50) may not contribute at all.
Users are prohibited from: (a) abusing bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated betting with other Users, or exploiting software errors, (b) exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, (c) employing low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting on opposite outcomes in roulette or backing both teams in a match with favorable odds), (d) claiming bonuses using stolen payment methods or fraudulent documentation.
pin4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate Accounts in cases of bonus abuse. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your original deposit (if any) and any winnings from non-bonus funds will be eligible for withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available only to Users who: (a) have completed KYC verification, (b) maintain a single Account (no multi-accounting), (c) have not previously violated bonus terms, (d) meet any specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotional terms (such as minimum deposit amounts, specified payment methods, or VIP tier requirements).

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, pin4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error by adjusting Account balances accordingly. If an error results in incorrectly credited winnings, we reserve the right to deduct the erroneous amount from your Account balance (including from future deposits if necessary). If an error results in incorrectly uncredited winnings, we will credit the correct amount to your Account.
If you experience an internet disconnection during gameplay, any ongoing bet or game round will continue to completion according to the game rules. Results will be recorded and reflected in your Account transaction history. You can review completed game rounds in your Account's game history section. For live dealer games, if you disconnect during betting time, any placed bets will stand; if you disconnect before placing a bet, no bets will be recorded.
Sports bets are settled based on official results from governing bodies (FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball, etc.) as published immediately after the conclusion of the event. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules page. We reserve the right to void bets if we detect match-fixing, insider information abuse, or other integrity violations. Maximum payout per bet slip is Rp 100,000,000 unless you have received prior approval for higher limits.

In no event shall pin4d's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge and agree that: (a) gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money, (b) you are solely responsible for determining whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, (c) you gamble at your own risk and pin4d provides no guarantees of winnings, (d) you are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction on gambling winnings, (e) you have read and understood the rules of any game before placing bets.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect: (a) violation of these Terms & Conditions, (b) fraudulent activity or suspicious transaction patterns, (c) money laundering or other illegal activities, (d) bonus abuse or multi-accounting, (e) problem gambling behavior requiring intervention for your protection.
We reserve the right to permanently terminate your Account and withhold funds if we determine that you have: (a) materially breached these Terms & Conditions, (b) engaged in fraudulent conduct, (c) provided false information during registration or KYC verification, (d) repeatedly violated bonus terms or gameplay rules, (e) harassed staff or other Users. Upon termination for cause, all bonus funds and pending winnings will be forfeited. Your original deposits may be returned at our sole discretion after deducting any amounts owed to pin4d.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, you must: (a) withdraw or forfeit any remaining Account balance, (b) resolve any pending bets or bonuses, (c) complete any outstanding KYC verification if required for final withdrawal. Voluntary account closure is permanent and irreversible – you will not be permitted to re-open your Account or create a new Account in the future.
As part of our Responsible Gaming program, you may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked, you will be unable to log in, and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pin4d operates. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of pin4d services shall be resolved through the following process:

We will investigate formal complaints within 14 business days and provide a written response.
If the dispute remains unresolved after formal complaint procedures, both parties agree to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator. Arbitration shall be conducted in English language, following the rules of the arbitration body selected. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against pin4d.
